Wee-Care Development Center

The Wee Care Development Center is a local non-profit organization offering
quality, licensed day care for enrollment or drop-in service.   They accept
children ages 2 through 12; drop-ins are required to provide current

Lake City Public Library

We have the best little public library you can find!  Located in the historic
Kennedy building on Silver Street, the John Wagner Public Library provides a
big range of services, including: current release books of all kinds, large print
books, inter-library loan, fiction, biography, reference, movies, books-on-
tape/dvd, periodicals, wireless internet access, computer stations, copy
machine, children's section, summer reading program, and more.  The library
is open Monday through Friday from 1 to 5 p.m.  

Western State College

Located in Gunnison, Western State is a four-year college offering a variety of
programs, including extended studies and online courses.  You can find them
